Owner Valerie Durante is a FRUITPORT NATIVE WHO GRADUATED FROM FRUITPORT HIGH SCHOOL IN 2001. SHE IS ALSO A certified professional groomer in both New York and Michigan. She graduated from the New York School of Dog Grooming (New York, NY) in 2008 and The Paragon School of Pet Grooming (Grand Rapids, MI) in 2001.
Valerie has 15 years of experience in grooming dogs and cats as well as handling and showing dogs for the American Kennel Club. Her community activities include The Metropolitan Maltese Rescue (New York, NY), Trinity Pet Pantry (Astoria, NY), Rescue Clip-In Grooming Competition (Hershey, PA), and The Muskegon Humane Society.
